college there may be times when a bit of one-to-one support is good.
For instance, in the
run-up to exams, to go over stuff you've covered ages ago or for a particular
topic you just can't get your head round.
Tutoring will involve
exam questions (OCR, AQA, EDEXCEL specifications or any of the other UK
Awarding Bodies); it will involve you asking for help on a specific topic.
Practicals may also be
a part of the tutoring for science subjects. With any luck they'll work!

used to support school or college work; together, you will get more confidence
and be more likely to succeed.
